Igor Radomyshelsky is Senior Vice President and member of the dedicated Infrastructure Credit team at OIC, a private investment firm founded in 2015 that provides debt, equity and growth-capital solutions to middle-market infrastructure businesses. He has been seconded to Grapevine Energy Holdings, LLC, a vertically integrated renewable fuels company, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member following the company’s successful emergence from Chapter 11 restructuring.
Prior to joining OIC, Igor was Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division where he spent three years as a member of the Natural Resources Group in London, and two years with the Technology Group in San Francisco. During his time there, Igor provided M&A, financing, and activism defense advisory services to clients in the energy, power and utilities, infrastructure, oil field services, industrial software, and mobility sectors with a focus on the energy transition.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Igor worked for Royal Dutch Shell where he restructured financial reporting procedures for the US upstream business, managed the construction, commissioning, and startup of the largest refinery in North America, and executed strategic transactions as a member of the corporate M&A team.
