Igor Radomyshelsky is Vice President in the Investment Performance & Optimization Group and is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, monitoring, and execution of investments. Igor primarily focuses on driving value creation, improving efficiency, executing follow-ons and divestitures, and mitigating risk across OIC’s investment portfolio. Prior to joining OIC, Igor was Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division where he spent three years as a member of the Natural Resources Group in London, and two years with the Technology Group in San Francisco. During his time there, Igor provided M&A, financing, and activism defense advisory services to clients in the energy, power and utilities, infrastructure, oil field services, industrial software, and mobility sectors with a focus on the energy transition. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Igor worked for Royal Dutch Shell where he restructured financial reporting procedures for the US upstream business, managed the construction, commissioning, and startup of the largest refinery in North America, and executed strategic transactions as a member of the corporate M&A team.

Noah Verleun was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. in February 2024. He was previously appointed President of the Company in April 2022. Prior to that he served as Executive Vice President of Development & Regulatory Affairs and various other roles across the organization since 2010. Prior to joining Global Clean Energy, Mr. Verleun worked for JP Morgan PWM, Rockefeller University in its office of investments and OC&C Strategy Consultants in London. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California.

Matt Kondratowicz is Managing Director and Head of the Investment Performance & Optimization Group responsible for driving value creation, improving efficiency, executing follow-ons and divestitures, and mitigating risk across OIC's investment portfolio. Prior to joining full-time, Matt served as an advisor to OIC, including assisting in the execution of the Bakersfield Renewable Fuels investment. Previously, Matt spent 7 years at CSL Capital Management, where he led numerous buyouts, growth equity, corporate carve-outs, and de novo investments in the energy sector. Prior to that he spent two years as Vice President at the Deutsche Bank Masdar Cleantech Fund and two years as Associate at Citi Sustainable Development Investments; in both roles he provided growth equity to renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure companies. Over his career, Mr. Kondratowicz has played a leading role in transactions totaling over $2.0 billion in capital. Matt started his career as an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York focusing on international trade, economic development, and global energy markets.

Wade Adkins serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Grapevine Energy Holdings, LLC Mr. Adkins previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at Crossbridge Energy Partners, a global energy transition-focused platform in the downstream sector. Prior to that, he served as the VP of Finance for Origin International, Inc., a waste oil recycling and mobile vapor recovery company. He also served in multiple accounting roles at Laureate Education, Inc., a higher-education public company, including Senior Director of Technical Accounting and Controller, and began his career with ten years at RSM US LLP between its assurance and transaction advisory services. Adkins is an active CPA and holds dual bachelor's degrees from Salisbury University in Accounting and Management Information Systems.

Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, & General Counsel

Antonio D’Amico joined Global Clean Energy as a Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel on February 28, 2022. Prior to joining Global Clean Energy, he was Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at AECOM, and served as Senior Vice President, Legal and Special Projects at AECOM before that. Mr. D’Amico served as Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Maverick Natural Resources, LLC, and Vice President, Investor Relations and Government Affairs at Breitburn Energy Partners. He was Senior Assistant General Counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation from 1996 to 2014, and began his legal career at Skadden Arps. He obtained a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S.J. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
